HECTOR CARRETERO VISITS US

Héctor Carretero, former pupil of Team Lizarte and currently on the staff of the Movistar Team, has come to give us a small visit and to inform us that he will be part of the team that will run the next edition of the Dauphiné Libéré. Of the 7 members of the Movistar team that will run this event, four of them are former Lizarte Team riders: Jaime Castrillo, Marc Soler (as team leader for this event), Jorge Arcas and Héctor Carretero himself. For something the Team Cislista Lizarte is considered the best amateur cyclist team in Spain.

The Critérium du Dauphiné (officially, Critérium du Dauphiné) is a stage cycling race that takes place in the French Alps, in the former French province of Dauphiné (current Rhône-Alpes), in the month of June. The race has great prestige in the world of cycling, as shown by his track record which includes all the five-time winners of the Tour de France. Good luck!

Lizarte at Temot opportunities day

Lizarte, recently named “listed supplier” of Temot International, was invited on January 31 to the second edition of the “Temot opportunities day” that took place at the Hotel Meliá in Vienna.

The objective of the event was a networking through which the approved suppliers and the “shareholders” of the group had the opportunity to get to know each other, strengthen ties and initiate possible collaborations.

For Lizarte, this was an event of great importance since it was the first time he attended this event, and he did not disappoint at all. Lizarte was represented by Oscar Huarte (General Director), Mónica Fuentes (Director of the Commercial Business Unit) and Ramón García (Country Manager DACH).

On this day, numerous interviews were held with various “shareholders” interested in our company and our products.

Lizarte attends the IAPEX 2017 exhibition in Iran

Between November 13 and 16, the IAPEX 2017 fair took place in Iran.
Iran ranks number 15 in terms of car production worldwide, and number one in the Middle East.
According to an automotive study by Roland Berger Consulting, car sales in Iran will double to 1.8 million vehicles by 2020, so it has great potential in terms of vehicle ownership.
Lizarte, attended as exhibitor represented by our distributor FRIOMA. As a distributor of this product in Iran, he was promoting the suspension spheres.
After the end of the fair Alireza, manager of Frioma, conveys to us that they were satisfied with the results obtained, thanks to a good number of new contacts and to have had the possibility of receiving at a common meeting point their current customers.

The IAPEX 2017 fair in numbers:
IAPEX, is the most important fair in the automotive sector in Iran and the Middle East. The Iranian auto industry is the second largest sector in the country after oil and gas, accounting for more than 10 percent of GDP.
The 12th edition of this annual frequency fair took place between November 13 and 16 in Tehran, capital of the country, in the “Tehran International Fairground”.
With an area of more than 35,000m2, the site has hosted almost a thousand exhibitors from 26 countries, representing almost 50% of foreign exhibitors.

Lizarte arrives in Czech Republic via the Autokelly company

After several months of negotations and round trips between Pamplona and Prage, Lizarte has come to an agreement with Autokelly to perform an implementation in their facilities in Prague.

Lizarte performs an implementation in Czech company Autokelly.

Autokelly belongs to the Rhiag Group, an important international company group dedicated to distribution and sale of spare parts for private cars and industrial vehicles. Autokelly plays an important role in the Czech and Slovakian markets thanks to its many sales points along both countries.

With a staff of over 1000 employees, Autokelly is one of the main distributors in Czech Repulbic of spare parts for both private cars and industrial vehicles, as well as equipment for repair shops.

First implementation of Lizarte in the Doyen headquarters in Europe

Lizarte makes a strategic move via implementation in fhe European headquarters of Doyen in Belgium

Within the framework of the agreement with Temot International in which Lizarte has been certified as Temot Listed Supplier, we have achieved a first implementation in the Doyen platform in Belgium for the implementation of pumps and power steering in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

The Doyen platform is widely new in the European car post-sale market and plays a key role in Europe. It has been seizing strategic implementations with a double goal: optimizing thei customer response capacity and developing their own commercial distribution network.

56.000m2 distributed among 6 warehouse, 200,000 references which represent a service rate of 97.5%.

After several meetings with their representatives during the month of November, Lizarte has reached a cooperation agreement with the purchasing group, TEMOT INTERNATIONAL.

This agreement, signed by Fotios Katsardis, president of the group, and Oscar Huarte, manager of Lizarte, makes effective the certification of Lizarte as “Temot International listed supplier” since 1 January.

TEMOT International is a strategic organisation with a bright future and belonging to the automotive aftermarket industry. It was founded in 1994 by five shareholders in Germany and, since then, it has been in continuous expansion.

Today, the organisation consists of 44 shareholders who operate as distributors in almost all major European countries, as well as Israel, countries in North America, Central America, South America (Brazil), South Africa, Namibia and the Caucasus region.

They all represent some of the most representative companies in the automotive aftermarket industry in their geographic areas:

In 2013 and 2014, the company grew by an average of 37% and produced a total turnover of approximately 7 billion Euros, which include all activities. 25,000 jobs have been created in total between all the companies combined, with about 15,500 associated workshops.

This agreement entails a very strong geographic diversification for Lizarte, thanks to the first certification as an International listed supplier.

Automechanika Frankfurt 2014, the trade fair for the automotive industries and accessories, will be held on the premises of Messe Frankfurt GmbH from the 16 to 20 of September 2014.

This trade fair offers a unique spectrum of products from the fields of automotive parts, car washing, workshop and filling-station equipment, products and services, accessories and tuning. It is the most important European trade fair in terms of scope and internationality with 50% of the visitors and 80% of the exhibitors being from outside Germany.
