Thanks to the collaboration of the Lithuanian AT provider, Lizarte can offer its customers the first electronic steering rack governed by Flexray.

FlexRay is a new communications protocol for data buses in the automobile developed by the FlexRay consortium between 2000 and 2009. It is considered more advanced than CAN and MOST in terms of price and performance. Its main characteristics are the following:

• High data transmission (10 megabits per second)

• A behavior stimulated by temporary factors

• Redundancy, security and fault tolerance

The reference that we have developed that incorporates this communication protocol is the steering rack for the Audi A6 and Audi A7 models (our part number is 06.05.1202).
