The clients that are registered at Lizarte’s webpage are entitled to ask for urgent orders (for deliveries within 24 or 48 hours) and stock replacement orders.
Urgent Orders (24/48 hours):
If a spare piece is required urgently, the client should access the 24/48 hour order area. In this area, you can check availability in real time with the Lizarte warehouses, in such a way that the client will be able to speed up purchases and will avoid phone calls. Maximum buyable units restrictions are applied at this area, in a way that stock replacement orders cannot be made this way.
These orders will ship immediately (delivery in 24/48 hours)
Stock Replacement Orders:
In case you wish to restock your warehouse, you will have to use the “Place a stock replacement order” area. From here you can place your orders regardless the specified references are available at the Lizarte warehouse or not. No order restrictions are applied in this section.
These orders will ship by regular transport.
