Lizarte at Mimms'08
From the 28th of August until the 1st of September 2008 took place the twelfth edition of the Fair Trade Mimms 2008. It was the ITE International Company the responsible for organising this event inside the Crocus Expo Exhibition Centre.
Lizarte was present in the exhibition together with over 800 enterprises; all of them specialised in the production and sale of auto spare parts.
Even though the attendance was a bit lower than previous editions; Russia is a still emerging market with great potential in the coming years.
With the assistance to this fair Lizarte expects to consolidate its current clients and the contacts made from Russia as well as from Eastern European countries.

New incorporation
The personnel from Lizarte have been renewed with the new incorporation of our Commercial Manager, Monica Fuentes, who will be responsible for the domestic and foreign market.
Monica is a young and dynamic person of 32 years old and with a wide commercial experience. During her first months she will learn as much as she can about Lizarte, its products, its competitors, its customers, its sales representatives, etc…, to finally take charge of the commercial department.
Her tasks will focus in coordinating the 16 sales representatives in Spain, 6 that work in France, our delegates in Madrid and Barcelona and 9 people who attend daily all our customers at our headquarters in Pamplona.

Air Conditioning Compressors Warranty
We have kept on with the philosophy of improving our after-sales service and in order to standardize it in all Lizarte products, we are starting this New Year with good news regarding the air conditioning compressors.
All our compressors which have been bought from the 1st January 2008, will have a warranty of two years instead of one, including new as well as remanufactured compressors.
The main objective, according to our company’s main aim, is to offer our clients the best service as possible, independently from which product has been purchased. |

LIZARTE at Equip Auto
  
Our clients and friends liked very much the Lizarte stand design. We worked with them either in the two offices we had arranged or in Lizarte’s bar. In this last one, we could taste the exceptional products we brought: Navarra and Rioja wine, cured Iberian ham “pata negra”, chorizo and Navarra cheese.

Lizarte present in TecDoc
Lizarte is continuing to extend and improve its catalogue service: in addition to the traditional printed version of the catalogue, last year saw the implementation of a practical e-catalogue: www.lizarte.com (more than 50,000 visits received) and its CD counterpart. This year, from the April edition onwards, Lizarte is also to be included in TecDoc, the leading catalogue for the auto spares and components sector

Lizarte will not be amongst the exhibitors at Motortec 2007
For more than twenty years now, Lizarte has been an exhibitor at Spain's leading biennial spare parts fair, and it has also had a stand at several of the latest editions of Motortec, the vehicle equipment and component trade show held at IFEMA, Madrid. At the same time, Lizarte has also been making an important effort to increase its presence in Europe, resulting in the company’s participation at 3 international trade shows last year. To continue with this policy, Lizarte has decided not to be present at Motortec this year in order to increase the budget for its 50m2 stand at Equip Auto in Paris, where our network of representatives, stores and customers will all be gathered.

New branch in Madrid
On 1st August 2006, Lizarte inaugurated its new branch in Valdemoro, Madrid, in a 200 m2 building stocking the majority of our catalogue references: steering parts, pumps, spheres and air conditioning compressors.
The branch is managed by Francisco Sánchez , with the help of two assistants responsible for attending the phone, warehouse and for arranging the product delivery to the customer’s address.

2007 Season for the Lizarte cycling team
To continue with our commitment to sport, and more specifically to cycling in Navarre, the Lizarte cycling team is to present its new 2007 season this coming 17th February at 12.00 am in the Hotel Andía, Orkoien. With a squad of 17 young cyclists, we are looking forward to participating in more than 10 national multi-stage tour races for young non-professionals and to improving still further the excellent results achieved last year, with three individual medals and one team medal.
